Talking about the release of her new book, Edith says: “I’m thoroughly enjoying the experience of reliving some life changing festival moments and also discovering some new beauties in the festival calendar.

“I have been so privileged to spent a great deal of time listening to music and other incredible performances in the great British outdoors over the years. To get the chance to share that with anyone is an exciting opportunity.”

Edith has teamed up with Ticketmaster’s Festie Guru to celebrate her publishing debut in style, by giving one unsigned artist the chance to play her exclusive launch party on 13 May.

Lucy Rose

Alongside the winner, the fabulous Lucy Rose is now set to headline next month’s launch.

“I am utterly delighted to announce that headlining my little stage at my book launch is the exquisite talent of Lucy Rose,” Edith confirms. “I’ve watched and listened to Lucy for a number of years and been blown away by the beauty and honesty in her songwriting and voice.
I can’t thank her enough for agreeing to be part of this very special night and I know for those that haven’t had the chance to see her live yet, will be blown away. Lucy you rock.”

Also joining Lucy in performing on the night are Keep Up.

Announcing their involvement, Edith says: “A friend introduced me to Keep Up ages ago and I really like what I hear, they are a band I’m really excited about. Some of you may have seen them recently at Colston Hall supporting the  Stereophonics.
More acts tba, including the winner of our competition.”
