Long established as international stars, Paramore have just announced they are coming back to the UK early next year.

The Grammy Award-winning band (for the song Ain’t It Fun in 2015) were just here in June performing a series of intimate gigs, and we’re thrilled they’re returning! They’re set to play five shows starting on 11 January in Cardiff and visiting London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

Featuring frontwoman Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York and original drummer Zac Farro, the band released their fifth album, After Laughter, in May. It’s their first album in four years following their UK No.1 self-titled album in 2013. Two of the new album’s singles – Hard Times (below) and Told You So – are receiving praise and show that Paramore has evolved by adding even more colour and fun to their sound.

Paramore has had a remarkable run of critically acclaimed albums and singles since coming together in Nashville in 2004.  From 2005’s gold-certified debut, All We Know Is Falling, and 2007’s twice platinum-certified breakthrough, RIOT! (containing huge hits Misery Business, crushcrushcrush and That’s What You Get) to 2009’s platinum-certified brand new eyes with its Grammy-nominated smash, The Only Exception, they’re truly the queen and kings of pop punk.
