Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will be performing an outdoor show at London’s Hampstead Heath on Sunday 21 June 2020.

The show forms part of the Heritage Live series, bringing a summer of concerts to Kenwood House.

Noel Gallagher released his latest EP This Is The Place in September 2019.

Containing the singles This Is The Place and A Dream Is All I Need To Get By, the EP was named after the Tony Walsh poem dedicated to the spirit of Manchester and follows June’s Black Star Dancing EP.

The Mancunian musician recently completed a run of US dates opening for Smashing Pumpkins to support the release.

Noel originally found fame as the lead guitarist and principal songwriter for the Britpop behemoth Oasis.

Throughout their 20 plus year career, Oasis released seven studio albums all of which debuted at No.1.

After the well-publicised break up of the band in 2009, Noel would go on to launch his solo career under the moniker Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.

Gallagher has released three albums under the banner so far; 2011’s Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, 2015’s Chasing Yesterday and 2017’s Who Built The Moon. Each album debuted at No.1 on the Official UK Album Chart and the latter was nominated for the 2018 Mercury Prize.

Some of his most well-known tracks include The Death Of You And Me, AKA…What A Life, In The Heat Of The Moment, She Taught Me How To Fly and Holy Mountain.
