Everything Everything, Public Service Broadcasting, Ed Harcourt, The Carnabys and more have been confirmed to play the Music Venue Trust’s #FIGHTBACK show at The Roundhouse on 18 October to help raise awareness for the continuous threat of closure to the live music circuit.
Two weeks ago the Music Venue Trust announced a show at London’s Roundhouse to raise funds to help music venues under threat of closure. At the time of the announcement there were no bands, no sound, no lighting, no crew. Just shortly after offers from bands, sound engineers and more poured in and live music enthusiasts showed their support for the cause.
Now MVT confirm 20 acts across three stages on 18 October. #FIGHTBACK will feature Everything Everything, Public Service Broadcasting, Ed Harcourt, Jake Isaac, The Leisure Society, London Contemporary Orchestra, The Spitfires, Recreations & The Magnetic South, Billy Lockett, Rory Butler, The Wholls, Awate, Judas, Pat Dam Smyth, The Carnabys, Sisteray, Soma, Hannah Lou Clark, Samantha Whates & The Chaps Choir and Bang Bang Romeo.
All proceeds support the build of an emergency response service to help save and support UK grassroots music venues in jeopardy.
