The Libertines announced for Wheels and Fins Festival

The band will headline and curate the main stage at the Kent festival.

The Libertines will headline and curate the main stage on the final day at Kent’s Wheels And Fins Festival.

The festival takes place on Joss Bay beach in Broadstairs from the 7 – 9 September 2018, and will also host the likes of Faithless, Feeder, High Contrast, Sub Focus and Example & DJ Wire.

Wheels And Fins Festival takes place a stone’s throw away from The Libertines’ new hotel and studio, The Albion Room, in Margate.

Not only will they be headlining the final day of the festival, but they’ll also be curating what promises to be a “fantabulous cornucopia of musical delights”.

Fans can stream acoustic songs and insight by Carl Barat, John Hassall, Gary Powell, and Pete Doherty by subscribing on the band’s official website.

Proceeds from their appearance at Wheels And Fins Festival will be donated to two local charities; Pie Factory Music and Aspirations Healthy Living Centre.

Wheels And Fins Festival is now in its sixth year, and brings together music and action sports, nestled adjacent to the stunning Joss Bay in Broadstairs, Kent.

Only 90 minutes from London, the festival runs from the 7 – 9 September 2018.

As well as live music and sports, campers are offered stunning views of the open ocean.
