LAZLO premiere new video for Transformation Lunatics

The five-piece rock band LAZLO share their brand new video for Transformation Lunatics with us and it’s quite something!

Just in time with Halloween, the video focuses on a symbol which when consumed visually a cult-like virus is contracted. It shows the lead character going through her daily routine and consuming the symbol in various different scenarios. She meets people throughout the video who evidently have “something” wrong with them, and by the end of the video she also has the virus. Like werewolves to a full moon. Whoa!

The Yorkshire alt-rockers have also revealed they will be releasing a brand new EP Time Honoured through Spoken Records UK on the 21 November. For the past five years LAZLO have gigged with an array of successful bands including Feeder and The Pigeon Detectives, and with Radio 1’s Record of the Week under singer Roy Williamson’s belt, we’re expecting bangers all round!

LAZLO Time-Honoured

Guitarist Mike Hanson tells us, “The EP is a collection of songs written throughout the life of the band so far. The band had to be put on hold for a couple of years due to some personal circumstances, but since last summer we’ve been working tirelessly to get this record complete. It’s taken five years to get to this point, so we thought the title (Time Honoured) was fitting. We have actually recorded the majority of the record ourselves!”
