Justin Timberlake crowned Best Live Act 2014
Nordoff Robbins has unveiled the winner of this year’s Best Live Act Award, Justin Timberlake! The Suit & Tie crooner attracted nearly half a million votes from fans, beating off stiff competition from the nine other nominees, Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Disclosure, Fleetwood Mac, Foals, Muse, London Grammar, Rolling Stones and Rudimental.
In the past year, Justin Timberlake has embarked on his ‘The 20/20 Experience World Tour’, his fifth concert tour as a solo artist that critics claim kept audiences ‘hypnotised’. With Tom Ford designing the costumes and featuring chart toppers ‘Pusher Love Girl’, ‘Like I Love You’ and ‘Cry Me A River’, Timberlake had two shows in the O2 Arena within his UK tour.
Our Chairman Chris Edmonds commented, “Justin Timberlake has always blown away fans with his incredible live performances. Currently in the midst of his extremely successful world tour, the ‘Suit & Tie’ singer will be back in the UK in August for his headline spot at V Festival.
“With a very strong shortlist this year for the Best Live Act Award, it was tough competition but Justin clearly came out on top with nearly half a million fan votes. Congratulations Justin!”
