Formerly known as Electric Light Orchestra, Jeff Lynne’s ELO was formed in Birmingham in 1970 by songwriters Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood, alongside drummer Bev Bevan.
The group would enjoy huge success during their initial tenure, selling over 50 million albums across the globe and release the hit tracks Hold On Tight, Last Train To London, Evil Woman, Wild West Hero, Livin’ Thing and My Blue Sky, before disbanding in 1986.
Initially revived for a charity concert in 2013, Jeff Lynne brought the project back to life under the moniker of Jeff Lynne’s ELO’s in 2014, with an announcement that new music and a possible tour was incoming,
The result was the 2015 LP Alone in the Universe, the band’s first new material in 15 years, which dropped in November 2015 and was followed by a sold-out arena tour the following year.
Three VIP packages are available for Jeff Lynne’s ELO, including early entry, a VIP pre-show reception, merchandise and more.
