Beartooth’s Caleb Caleb Shomo (vocals, guitar), Oshie Bichar (bass), and Kamron Bradbury (guitar) took time out at Download Festival 2019 to chat about their forthcoming live tour, kicking off in Bristol on the 24 February 2020.

The run of six dates marks the first time the American five-piece will be bringing their latest album, 2018’s Disease, to the UK for a headline run. Excluding festivals, they last played in the UK in support of Architects on their huge arena tour earlier this year.

Formed in Ohio in 2012, Beartooth released their debut full-length – Disgusting – in 2014, following the record up with Aggressive two years later.

Beartooth - Disease (Official Music Video)

Disease has been celebrated for its open discussion about mental hearth, its title a reference to depression. Since it’s release, the record has celebrated considerable success, hitting the top spot on the stateside Independent Albums chart, and reaching the top five on the Billboard Top Rock Album rundown.

The band are currently gearing up to return to the UK for a headline run in February 2020, including a date at London’s Roundhouse. Watch the interview above to find out more about the band’s time at Download Festival 2019, their live run, and the reception to Disease.
