Our weekly round up of this week's biggest new tours, shows and events.
Following the release of her debut album earlier this year, Hayley Kiyoko has announced two UK headline shows as part of a European tour which also sees her take to France, Holland, Belgium and Germany.
Expectations was released on the 30 March 2018, featuring singles Sleepover, Feelings and Curious. It broke into the Top 40 Album Chart in the United Kingdom, as well as in the United States and Ireland.
She has teamed up with fellow rising star Kehlani for What I Need, released as a single earlier this summer.
Establishing herself as a LGBT icon, Expectations has been lauded for its theme of diversity and inclusion. Her celebrated transparency has seen fan re-dub the MTV VMA Awards, at which Kiyoko is nominated twice, the #VMGAYS.
International superstar Taylor Swift, who has been inviting some of our friends and favourite acts onto stage throughout her reputation tour, welcomed Hayley Kiyoko onto stage at the Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts. “Thank you so much for coming to surprise the crowd tonight,” Swift later posted on Instagram. “THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!! So stoked this was your first stadium performance, and you absolutely killed it.”
