Greenwich Music Time 2020 announces line-up

Find out who will be headlining the series of summer events by the Thames.

Taking place at London’s Old Royal Naval College, the first headliners have been announced for Greenwich Music Time 2020.

The standalone shows, running from 6 – 11 July 2020, will be headlined by Sara Brightman, Lea Salonga & John Barrowman, McFly, Lewis Capaldi, and Ms Lauryn Hill.

Brightman will open Greenwich Music Time on Monday 6 July 2020, having rounded off 2019 with a sold out performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall – her first UK show in 13 years.

Olivier and Tony Award winner Lea Salonga joins showman John Barrowman the following day, 7 July 2020, rounding off two new special seated events.

Scottish chart-topper Lewis Capaldi headlines on Thursday 9 July 2020, having secured the biggest selling album and single of 2019 courtesy of Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent and Someone You Love respectively.

Eight-time Grammy Award winner Ms Lauryn Hill will perform on Friday 10 July 2020, celebrating the endless legacy of 1998’s iconic The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

Homegrown pop superstars McFly bring their chart hits to Greenwich on Saturday 11 July 2020, having recently reunited following a three-year hiatus to return their five top ten albums back to the stage.

Greenwich Music Time will host a total of six standalone shows, set against the backdrop of the Old Royal Naval College and the London city skyline.
