Frank Carter: “I started this band to show people I’m still a viable option”

Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes have been unstoppable since their blistering inception in 2015.

The former Gallows frontman appeared to have recaptured his true spirit of punk and everything was finally falling into place following the demise of his somewhat less-vexed project, Pure Love.

So how has the first year of life with the Rattlesnakes? We found out as we caught up with Frank backstage at Download Festival 2016. The Watford punk talks openly about touring since becoming a dad and the pressure to perform to his max each night.
