Four Tet announces huge new London shows
He's taking over Alexandra Palace in May.
Following his four sold-out gigs at O2 Academy Brixton earlier this month, Four Tet has confirmed a huge new London headline show taking place in 2019.
The musician, real name Kieran Hebden will be taking over Alexandra Palace on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 May 2019.
The shows will be a larger scale version of Four Tet’s Village Underground residency. In February 2018, the musician transformed the East London venue into an other-worldly LED paradise with Mixmag describing it as “the best live show in the world.”
Four Tet has been at the forefront of the indie electronic scene since breaking through with his debut album Dialogue in 1999. To date, the DJ and Producer has released eight studio albums.
The musician is also well known for his high profile remixes for artists such as Lana Del Rey, Ellie Goulding, Rihanna, Radiohead and Sigrid. In 2017, Four Tet was nominated for a Grammy Award for his remix of The xx track Violent Noise.
A phenomenal live act, Four Tet has sold-out venues across the globe and performed at festivals such as Field Day, Coachella, South West Four and Glastonbury.
With exemplary surround sound and 42,000 immersive hanging lights taking over the venue’s Great Hall, Four Tet at Alexandra Palace is not to be missed.
