Even better, the world’s ultimate tribute to ABBA, Bjorn Again, are touring very soon, so you can get your live ABBA fix whilst you wait for the Swedish pop icons to return to the stage once again.

In anticipation of the Bjorn Again live shows, we’ve picked out the five ABBA songs we can’t wait to jive along to. Play them loud, wherever you are.

Dancing Queen

Revealed as Her Royal Majesty The Queen’s favourite song, you can’t really beat this ABBA classic. Sure to fill up dancefloors, whether it be at a wedding, a festival or concert, as soon as you hear the intro, you’ll be twisting and turning all over the place.

Mamma Mia

A song so good there’s a film and a musical named after it. With one of the most recognisable melodies on the planet, Mamma Mia has become a much-loved and longstanding hit across the globe.

Waterloo

It’s a well-known fact that you can’t listen to Waterloo without breaking into dance, no matter your location. Alongside that perfect piano, you’ve got saxophone, hand claps and stunning vocals guiding you through two and a half minutes of joy.

S.O.S.

One of the darker ABBA songs to exist, though still instantly catchy, S.O.S offers haunting vocals, wavering synths and an edgy chorus. Proving that ABBA were more than a soft, bubbly, pop act, it may not be everyone’s go-to, but it’s still one of their best.

Chiquitita

Taking things down a bit for our final choice, Chiquitita is the stunning ballad that showcases ABBA’s multiple talents at their finest. The folk-pop harmonies and delicate guitar plucks lead you up to a powerful chorus, which just screams to be belted out at the top of your voice.
