The band’s front-man, Joe Mount, said of headlining the festival: “I’m very, very excited (about playing Field Day). It’s the first time we’ve officially headlined a festival so it’s a big deal for us…It was a really, really nice experience last time so we are very much looking forward to it”

Also added to the line-up today are: Danny Brown, The Temper Trap, Daniel Avery, James Holden, Oneohtrix Point Never, Jon Hopkins, Money and Omar Souleyman.

For the first time in its eight year history the festival will take place over two nights, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 June, in East London’s Victoria Park. Tickets are on sale now.
