Drake and The Weeknd extend 2014 UK tour
When Drake asked ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ clearly the answer was yes. This morning fans of the R’n’B artist snapped up tickets for his 2014 UK tour, and demand was so high that three extra dates have been added.
The Grammy award-winning singer will now play extra dates in March at the Manchester Phones 4u Arena, the Birmingha NIA and London’s 02 Arena.
For the tour he’ll be joined by fellow Canadian The Weeknd. The pair collaborated earlier in the year on ‘Live For’, which racked up over half a million plays on SoundCloud in one day and appears on The Weeknd’s latest album Kiss Land.
Drake will be showcasing his third album Nothing Was The Same for the first time in the UK. It has received great critical acclaim and debuted at number 1 on the US Billboard Top 200 Album Chart and entered the UK album chart at number 2.
Drake ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ extra dates:
12/04 Manchester Phones 4u Arena
21/04 Birmingham The NIA
26/04 London The 02
Tickets for the extra dates are on sale now and can be bought here.
