Everything you need to know about the new Against Me! tour and album
Against Me! have confirmed plans to tour the UK in December in support of a BRAND NEW ALBUM.
That’s right, the inspiring Florida punks have also announced details of their seventh full-length Shape Shift With Me, set for release on 16 September via Xtra Mile Recordings.
The follow up to 2014’s Transgender Dysphoria Blues has some seriously big boots to fill, with the last record undoubtedly defining (in case there was ever any doubt) Against Me! as one of the most influential, proactive and straight-up wonderful bands of our generation.
First single 333 suggests fans have nothing to worry about…

Talking about the new record with Rock Sound, vocalist Laura Jane Grace said, “Tons of people have written about love. But while love is cliché, it’s infinitely relevant.
“For me, having always been in a punk band that was expected to be political, I never felt like I had that option to write about feelings in that way. That’s what I ended up being drawn to this time. It’s writing in a way I thought I could never write before, and not giving a sh*t about expectations.”
As for the tour?
Against Me! have announced a string of headline dates across the UK for December 2016:
