Editor’s Picks #2: Don Broco, Brawlers, Bloodstock Festival & more

Ahoy, bloggers! The summer holidays are in full swing, the weather is as unpredictable as ever and I’m looking ahead to some of the events I’m most excited to attend this week.

Let me know where you’re heading at @JessBridgeman and @TicketmasterUK. Remember, photos or it didn’t happen!

Brawlers support Anti-Flag
If you haven’t let these Leeds lads charm your ears, er, off just yet (see Annabel, in particular) then this week is your chance. The foursome will join Anti-Flag on a string of UK dates including a night at The Marble Factory in Bristol.

Don Broco celebrate album release
The Bedford rockers are celebrating the release of their hotly-tipped second album, Automatic, with a week-long UK tour. Catch them at one of these shows.

Stomp crashes into Kids Week
I’ll be partaking in the Kids Week fun at Stomp later this week, so if like me, you haven’t seen the spectacle in person yet, you can catch it in Edinburgh this October or when it returns to the Ambassadors Theatre in December.

Stomp 2015

Heavy metal reigns supreme at Bloodstock
The mayhem returns to Catton Park from Thursday 6 August with Trivium, Within Temptation and Rob Zombie heading up proceedings. Bloodstock Festival 2015, it’s officially ON.

Don’t miss new music at Havoc Fest
Some of my favourite new bands are playing Havoc Festival 2015 on Sunday 8 August, including Hindsights and Zoax. Get down to The Dome early!
