The newly announced dates kick off in Glasgow on 27 October 2019, before heading to Birmingham, Manchester and London.

Alongside the tour news, Charli has confirmed that she will be releasing her upcoming third studio album Charli on Friday 13 September 2019.

Charli will be pop star’s first full length album release in nearly five years.

The songwriter recently dropped the latest single from the album, collaborating with the US singer Lizzo on the track Blame It On Your Love. Watch the official video for the track below:

The singer first came to prominence in 2012, as the guest vocalist on the chart-topping Icona Pop single I Love It. Charli also wrote the platinum selling track.

Charli XCX released her debut album True Romance in 2013, and the follow up Sucker in 2014.

Her most commercially successful album to date, Sucker spawned the singles Boom Clap, Doing It, Break The Rules and Famous.

Although she’s not released an official LP since Sucker, Charli has released a slew of EPs, singles, and two mixtapes in the time between albums.

Some of her most well-known tracks include the Troye Sivan collaboration 1999, After the Afterparty, Boys and her recent single release, Dream Glow with K-Pop phenomenon BTS.

Alongside performing, Charli XCX is also a highly regarded songwriter, having written for artists such as Selena Gomez, Iggy Azalea, Raye, will.i.am and Camila Cabello.

Last summer, Charli supported Taylor Swift on the North America, UK, New Zealand, Japan and Australia legs of her Reputation tour, which included two stops at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Charli XCX will be hitting the road later this year, in support of her upcoming new album Charli.
