BRIT Awards 2014: Arctic Monkeys, David Bowie and Rudimental amongst winners

Arctic Monkeys, David Bowie and Rudimental all took home honours at last night’s BRIT Awards.

The sheffiled outfit won British Album of the Year for the third time with their 2013 album AM, while David Bowie picked up the Best Male Solo Artist gong and Rudimental won British Single of the Year with their track Waiting All Night.

Elsewhere, Lorde beat off competition from Katy Perry to win the International Female award and Bastille took home British Breakthrough Act.

The BRIT Awards 2014 took place at the O2 Arena, London and were hosted by James Corden.
