Biggest names in dance to join forces for Rave For Refugees

Rave For Refugees will bring the biggest names in UK dance to London’s Electric Brixton across two nights in support of Help Refugees’ Choose Love winter appeal.

Eats Everything, Daphni, Faithless, Jon Hopkins, and Skream will perform DJ sets on December 8, with Chase & Status, Rudimental, Sigma and Shy FX playing on December 15. More acts will be announced very soon.

The artists have joined together to support refugees, particularly the 9000 women and 24000 children in camps in Greece. Organisers are also encouraging the wider dance community in the UK to host their own Rave For Refugees events over the coming months.

“We are incredibly proud to be supporting the charity Help Refugees in their formidable effort to help the plight of thousands of refugees around the world,” Chase & Status announce. “Rave For Refugees is an amazing chance for the music industry to come together and support a much needed cause through two amazing club nights.”

“We want to support the incredible work that Help Refugees are doing in terrible circumstances for those whose lives have been shattered by war & conflict,” Faithless add. “Some of the best artists on our scene feel the same way – so we joined together & invite you to these two special events: Rave for Refugees – Choose Love – We come 1.”

Tickets for both nights go on sale at 9:00 on Friday 11 November. Grab them through Ticketmaster.co.uk.
