Jay-Z and Beyoncé have added a second London date to their On the Run 2 tour this summer. They’ll return to London Stadium on Saturday 16 June 2018, with tickets on sale to general public from the 29 March 2018.

Fans will also be able to access tickets early through Citi, TIDAL and Beyhive presales from the 26 March. Further details of these can be found below.

The couple will now perform five shows – starting at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on 6 June and then heading to Glasgow’s Hampden Park on 9 June, Manchester’s Etihad Stadium on 13 June and culminating at the London Stadium on 15 and 16 June.

At the time of writing, tickets remain available for all shows other than the sold out London date on 15 June.

The couple previously headed on the road together in 2014 with their first On the Run tour, while Beyoncé was last seen in the live in the UK in 2016 as part of her Formation world tour. Jay-Z’s last tour, The 4:44 Tour in 2017, supported his 13th album of the same name and played 32 dates across United States and Canada.

Jay-Z remains one of the best-selling musicians of all time, having sold more than 50 million albums and 75 million singles worldwide, while receiving 21 Grammy Awards for his music. MTV have ranked him the “Greatest MC of all time” (2006) while Rolling Stone include three of his releases among The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

As an artist, he also holds the record for most No.1 albums by a solo artist on the US Billboard 200 with 14. In 2009, he was ranked the tenth-most successful artist of the 2000s by Billboard as well as the fifth top solo male artist and fourth top rapper behind Eminem, Nelly, and 50 Cent. He has also been ranked as the 88th-greatest artist of all time by Rolling Stone.

Beyoncé began her career as the lead singer of RnB group Destiny’s Child but has been performing as a solo artist since 2003.

In this capacity, she has sold an estimated 100 million records, making her one of the best-selling music artists in history. She has won 22 Grammy Awards and is the most nominated woman in the award’s history.

In 2009, Billboard named her the Top Radio Songs Artist of the Decade, the Top Female Artist of the 2000s and awarded her their Millennium Award in 2011. In 2014, she became the highest-paid black musician in history and was listed among Time‘s 100 most influential people in the world for a second year in a row.

The couple have been married since 2008 and have three children together. Their first collaboration was in in 2002 on ’03 Bonnie & Clyde. Since then, other notable collaborations include Beyoncé’s 2003 No.1 hit Crazy in Love, 2013’s Part II (On the Run) and Drunk in Love from Beyoncé’s self-titled fifth release which unexpectedly dropped in December 2013.

Their most recent albums, Lemonade and 4:44 respectively, were both critically acclaimed for their personal and emotional content.

The five UK dates mark the first time the On The Run tour will come to UK shores, having only visited France in Europe in 2014.

London & Manchester – Tickets range from £25 plus fees to £160 plus fees.
Cardiff & Glasgow – Tickets range from £25 plus fees to £150 plus fees.


When are tickets for Jay-Z and Beyoncé available?

Fans can access tickets for the new London date through a variety of presales ahead of the general sale, which opens at 9:00 on Thursday 29 March 2018.

Tidal and BeyHive presales open at 10:00 on Monday 26 March 2018, with the Citi presale beginning at 12:00. The Citi presale closes at 17:00 on Wednesday 28 March 2018.

General sale tickets will be available from 9:00 on Friday 23 March 2018.

Fans can also access Platinum Tickets. Platinum Tickets are in demand tickets made available by event organisers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to in demand areas at market driven prices. Platinum tickets are ticket-only purchases and prices are subject to change at any time.
