The Backstreet Boys have announced their biggest arena tour in 18 years, with four huge dates in the UK in 2019.

The DNA World Tour comes to these shores next June with dates in Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and London.

The pop quintet are set to release their highly anticipated new studio album DNA on 25 January 2019 which features tracks penned by the likes of Lauv, Shawn Mendes, Andy Grammar, Ryan Tedder and more.

Prior to the tour announcement, the boys released their latest single Chances, written by Tedder and Mendes, and fans can watch the official video below.

When asked about their return to the touring circuit, Howie D stated, “When this group started 26 years ago – and through all the highs and lows of our career – we’ve had to learn it wasn’t about us as individuals but about what’s best for the group.”

“That’s what I love about this album,” added Kevin Richardson. “We were able to bring all of our influences and styles into one coherent piece of work. These songs are a great representation of who we are as individuals and who we are as a group. It’s our DNA. We’re really proud of that.”

“The journey is ongoing with us and there is so much left to do,” said Brian Littrell. “We’re living the next chapter that hasn’t been told yet, and that’s exciting.”

Prior to this tour, the band have been setting and breaking records with their Las Vegas residency show Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life. After an incredible 14 months, the show will come to an end on 27 April 2019.

Brian added, “Vegas has been amazing and these next set of dates are going to be a party… Then it’s time for us to visit our fans all over the world.”

The Backstreet Boys recently appeared on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing in November, where they performed a medley of their biggest hits and fan favourites including Larger Than Life, I Want It That Way and Backstreet Boy.
