BABYMETAL just made UK chart history…

What a busy few weeks it’s been for BABYMETAL. After becoming the first Japanese band ever to headline London’s SSE Arena, Wembley, they’ve now gone and made chart history in the UK.

Charting at No.15 in the UK’s Official Album Chart with Metal Resistance makes BABYMETAL the highest-charting Japanese band in the chart history.

Metal Resistance is the band’s second album, following 2014’s self-titled debut, which didn’t chart in the UK but bagged an impressive No.2 spot on home turf.
